Yoga for Kids is growing in popularity every day. Practicing yoga in schools and kindergartens can lead to increased concentration, improved motor skills and a better inner balance.

The Teacher Training is suitable for everybody who works with children. It will provide a theoretical overview and a lot of practical examples.

On two weekends we will develop and perform different kids yoga lessons for both recreational and educational purpose.

Every participant will receive a training script with all the exercises and some example lessons.

The training program consist of six main topics:

- The most important exercises in Kids Yoga

- Kids Yoga in primary school education

- Kids Yoga in kindergarten

- Recreational Kids Yoga classes

- Health prevention through Kids Yoga

- Children´s anatomy

- Relaxation techniques
